Palladius AG new Executive Board

Munich, 27th July 2010  - The shareholder company Palladius AG, headquartered in Munich, today announced the appointment of Mr. Günther Meyer as Executive Board with immediate effect. Mr Meyer, who holds a degree in economics, is very experienced in restructuring companies. The previous Executive Board left the company at his own request.
